“We have had intermittent problems with shipments to one of our valued customers in Canada arriving damaged.  They appeared to be the result of mishandling by an interlining agent.  We had tried different carriers, but could not find anyone who could constantly deliver the product damage-free.  Finally, our customer suggested that we might look into Border Bound Inc., a carrier who regularly delivers to their warehouse location.

We made the contact with Border Bound and got some rates put in place.  While this was not the initial reason for contacting them, we were very pleased with the competitive rates they provided!  We have since used them for several shipments going into Canada, and so far every shipment has delivered in the same condition it left here.  What a nice change not to get that email from our customer that started out with “We have a problem with the most recent shipment you sent us…”

In addition, we have found that the shipments that Border Bound has handled for us are delivering quicker - sometimes by a day or two – than what other carriers could provide; yet another plus!  We also appreciate the regular communications we get from Border Bound confirming when the order has been picked up and when it has been delivered.  Our experience has shown Border Bound to be a top-rate organization, and it has made our lives a whole lot easier when sending shipments to our good Canadian customers!”
